App Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what the Prompt Deck mobile app (by Invytely) collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it. The website has its own policy at invytely.com/privacy.

1. Information We Collect

When you browse without an account

  • How you use the app: prompts you open, save, copy or rate, searches you type and the results you tap. We use this to rank and improve the catalogue.
  • Basic diagnostics such as app version, device model and crash information.

When you sign in

  • Your name, email address, profile picture and account ID from Google Sign-In (or Sign in with Apple on iPhone).
  • Your saved prompts and packs, so they follow you to another phone.

When you buy something

  • Purchases are made through Google Play (or the App Store). We receive the purchase token and what was bought, and check it with Google or Apple to unlock Premium or add credits. We never receive your card or UPI details.

When you use Create (images made with your photo)

  • The photo you choose from your gallery, and the images we make from it. The app only sees the photo you pick; it does not read the rest of your gallery.
  • The looks you picked, your orders, and your credit balance and history.

When you use Studio (a photo turned into a prompt)

  • The picture you choose is sent to our server to write the prompt and is not stored after the prompt is returned.

Advertising

  • In the free version, Google AdMob and its partner networks may collect your device’s advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, basic device information and your interactions with ads (see section 4).

2. Create: Your Photo and Your Images

When you use Create, we upload your photo to our private storage and send it, with the look you picked, to OpenAI, which makes the image. Before that, OpenAI’s moderation service checks that the photo is suitable (no nudity, no children). Only you can see your photo and the images made from it; they are never shown in the public catalogue.

  • Your photo is deleted automatically 7 days after you last used it.
  • Your imagesare kept for 90 days so you can see and save them, unless you delete them sooner in Library → Created.
  • Deleting your account deletes your photo, your images and your credit history straight away.
  • We do not use your photo or your images to train AI models, and we do not give them to advertisers.

Create is for people aged 18 and over. Use only your own photo, or one you have permission to use. You can report any image from the image viewer.

3. How We Use Information

  • To sign you in and keep your saved prompts, packs and purchases on your account.
  • To make the images you order with Create, and to keep your credits correct.
  • To rank, search and recommend prompts, and to fix problems in the app.
  • To show ads in the free version, measure them and prevent ad fraud.
  • To answer you when you contact us, and to meet legal and tax duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which can let partner networks (InMobi, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads) compete to show an ad. They may use your advertising ID, approximate location, device information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your phone’s settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Premium members see no ads and no ad requests are made for them.

5. Who We Share Information With

  • Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — to sign you in.
  • Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — to process and verify purchases.
  • Google AdMob and its partners — ads in the free version (section 4).
  • OpenAI— makes Create images from your photo, checks Create photos, writes Studio prompts from your picture, and builds search embeddings from prompt titles (no personal data is sent for search).
  • Supabase, Railway, Netlify and Cloudflare— host our servers, database and file storage.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: while your account is active.
  • Create photo: 7 days after last use. Create images: 90 days, or until you delete them.
  • Studio pictures: not stored.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account.

7. Deleting Your Data

  • Delete single images any time in Library → Created.
  • Delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account). Create data is deleted at once; the rest of your account data is erased within 30 days. Details: invytely.com/delete-account.html.
  • Or email support@invytely.com from the address you signed in with.

8. Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Create photos and images sit in private storage that only our server can read, and are shown to you through links that expire.

9. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and Create is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes, and tell you in the app about material changes.
