This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a template purchase made on Invytely.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Because templates grant immediate digital access to editable content the moment payment succeeds, refunds are issued only in the specific cases below:
- Duplicate charge. If the same template was charged twice in error, we will refund the duplicate within 7 working days.
- Failed delivery. If a payment was deducted from your bank but the template was never linked to your account (e.g., due to a system error on our end), we will either provision the template or refund the amount in full.
- Unauthorized payment.If you can demonstrate the payment was not authorized by you (e.g., evidence of card fraud), we will cooperate with your bank’s chargeback investigation.
2. What is NOT Refundable
- Change of mind, dislike of the template after editing, or no longer needing the invitation.
- Inability to use the Service due to issues outside our control (poor internet connection, unsupported browsers, third-party service outages).
- Custom design work, expedited support, or any add-ons clearly marked as non-refundable at purchase time.
- Expired or already-used coupon discounts.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@invytely.com within 7 days of the original transaction with:
- The email address of your Invytely account
- The Razorpay order ID or payment ID (visible in your dashboard)
- A short description of why a refund is being requested
We will respond within 2 working days with a decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 working days. The amount typically reflects in your bank account within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Partial Refunds
In rare cases (e.g., a coupon was applied but not honored), we may refund the difference rather than the full amount. The same 7-day request window and processing timeline apply.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly with our support team. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
