1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invytely (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. The Service
Invytely provides a self-serve platform to design, customize, publish, and share digital wedding invitations. Templates, RSVP collection, guest management, and analytics features are made available to registered users on a one-time-purchase basis (per template).
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Purchases & Pricing
- Template prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
- A successful purchase grants lifetime access to a single instance of the purchased template, linked to your account.
- Coupon discounts are only valid while the coupon is active and within its declared usage limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks belonging to Invytely or other users.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, phishing links, or spam.
6. Intellectual Property
Templates, fonts, design assets, and the Service’s codebase are owned by Invytely or its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal content (names, photos, story text) you provide. You grant Invytely a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and your invitees.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Invytely makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invytely’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
