1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prompt Deck (the “Service”, the website at invytely.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. The Service
Prompt Deck is a free, public gallery of AI image prompts. Each entry pairs an example image with the text prompt that produced it, which you can read, copy, and use in the AI image generator of your choice. Browsing and copying prompts does not require an account and is free of charge. A separate Prompt Deck mobile app is offered with its own in-app terms.
3. AI-Generated Images & Third-Party Tools
The example images in the gallery are produced with AI image models and are labelled as AI-generated. Prompt Deck does not itself generate images for you — you copy a prompt and run it in a third-party tool (for example ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Midjourney). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and the images you create are your responsibility. Results will vary with the tool, settings, and inputs you use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Create or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing.
- Generate imagery of real people without their consent, or to deceive, impersonate, or harass.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or republish the gallery, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Transmit malware, phishing links, or spam.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service’s curation, written guides, descriptions, layout, branding, and codebase are owned by Prompt Deck or its licensors. Prompt text is made available for you to use in creating your own images. The AI-generated example images are provided to illustrate what a prompt can produce.
6. Advertising
The website may display third-party advertisements, including via Google AdSense. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Prompt Deck makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the results you obtain from any prompt.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any third-party tool you use a prompt with.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
