Prompt Deck (by Invytely) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.
If you can’t access the app, email support@invytely.com from your registered address and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.
If you used Create, your photo, the images made from it and your credit history are erased immediately.
Your account is deactivated immediately and the following are permanently erased within 30 days: your profile (email, name, Google or Apple account ID), saved prompts and packs, ratings & reviews, prompt submissions, and any reports you filed.
You can also delete single Create images at any time in Library → Created without deleting your account. Create photos are deleted automatically 7 days after last use.
We may retain a minimal record of completed purchases/transactions where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymous, non-identifying performance analytics that cannot be linked back to you are not deleted. Full policy: invytely.com/app-privacy.
