Create one vertical 9:16 image: a black-and-white quote poster of the woman in the attached photo, taken from a low camera on a sea-facing promenade with the evening sky filling the frame behind her. Keep her face exactly as in the photo: same facial anatomy, eye shape and spacing, nose, lips, jaw, cheeks, age, skin tone and any marks; her hair is loose and the sea wind blows it back and to one side, away from the face, keeping her own hairline. She wears an oversized light denim jacket over a plain white top and small hoop earrings. Camera at waist height with a normal lens, tilted up gently, so her head remains in proportion; the top rail of the promenade railing crosses the lower edge of the frame behind her and nothing else of the ground shows. Her right hand is raised to the top of her head, fingers holding the blown hair down, elbow out to the side; the left arm hangs relaxed, hand out of frame below. Head frontal with the chin slightly lowered toward the camera, eyes looking down at the ground just beside the camera, not into the lens, lids half lowered; lips closed, a small private almost-smile, the look of someone who just ended a long phone call. The cloud-filtered sky lights the whole face evenly from above, a slight shadow from the raised arm falling on the shoulder of the jacket, the same light on the railing. Grain like pushed 400 film, the sky in soft mid-greys, the denim in lighter tones, the hair darkest. The text to show is JUST BREATHE (spelled exactly as written here, every letter present once and in order), a single line of small widely spaced serif capitals placed at the bottom of the frame over the jacket, clear of the face. No other text, logo or watermark anywhere.
