Anime Hilltop View Wallpaper

Create one vertical 9:16 image: an anime scene of the woman in the attached photo, drawn as a phone wallpaper, sitting on the top step of a hilltop viewpoint's stone stairs in the late afternoon. A flame-red gulmohar branch reaches in from the top left corner, close to the camera and softly blurred, with a few loose petals drifting down through the frame; above and around it an enormous blue sky with slow cumulus clouds. She fills the lower half of the frame, seen knee-up, sitting side-on to the camera with her knees together and both hands resting flat on the step behind her, propping her back. Her head is tipped up and turned a quarter toward the camera, eyes raised to the petals falling from the branch, not into the lens, lips parted slightly in a small delighted smile, as if she has just noticed them. Beside her on the step sit a second paper cup of tea and a folded jacket belonging to someone who has stepped out of the frame. Outfit: a cream knit vest over a light blue shirt, relaxed jeans, white sneakers; hair down and loose with a few strands lifted by the breeze. Her exact face carried into the drawing: the same eye shape and spacing, nose, lips, jaw, cheeks, age, skin tone and any marks, so the wallpaper is clearly her and not a generic anime girl. Painted background, cel-shaded figure; sun low from the right so the light rakes across her cheek and shirt and the step throws a long cool shadow to the left; two or three petals have settled on her shoulder and the step. Her face sits at the centre of the frame, leaving the top third for sky and branch where a lock-screen clock would sit. No text, logo or watermark anywhere.
