Pixel Art Nightscape

Create one vertical 9:16 image: a retro pixel-art night level with the man in the attached photo sitting on the parapet of his terrace, drawn as the playable character. Visible chunky pixels, crisp stepped edges, no anti-aliasing, a deep blue night palette with a few warm accents. His face keeps enough pixel detail to be exactly him: same eye shape and spacing, nose, lips, jaw, cheeks, skin tone, age and any marks carried into the sprite, never a generic game face. Natural proportions.

Layout: the figure sits in the lower half of the frame with his head near the centre line, and the whole upper half is open night sky so the picture works as a phone wallpaper. He sits on the parapet with his legs over the city side, both hands resting flat on the ledge beside his thighs, in a grey hoodie, black joggers and slides, headphones around his neck, hair a little flattened from the day. Torso facing the lens, head tilted up and turned a little camera-left, eyes following a tiny blinking plane crossing the top-left sky, not the lens; mouth relaxed, a quiet contented look.

World in parallax layers: the near parapet with a steel tumbler and a phone face-down beside him, a black water tank and a clothesline with two hanging shirts on the right, then rows of neighbouring rooftops with scattered lit windows, a far skyline with one red blinking tower light, a big pale pixel moon upper-right and single-pixel stars. The moon is the main light, cool on his face, hoodie and the top of the ledge, with a shadow under his hands; the warm glow of windows and street lamps below tints his lower half and the parapet wall.
