FACE MATCH IS THE TOP PRIORITY. This is the exact woman in the attached reference photo - copy every feature identically: hairline, hair, brows, eye shape and spacing, nose, lips, jawline, skin tone. Not a lookalike, no beautifying. From the reference keep only the face and hair.

A close-up flash portrait against a plain baby-pink wall: she holds a small pink balloon on a string beside her cheek, the balloon the same shade as the wall, and a candy bracelet on her wrist. A simple, natural smile with lips gently closed, eyes to the lens, face fully visible. Harsh direct flash, a crisp shadow cast on the wall behind her. White baby tee, hair in two loose low pigtails, tiny hoop earrings. Bright pastel colour, slight overexposure, early-2000s digicam feel. Chest-up. Vertical 9:16. Only this one woman. No text.
